What trade show services does Best Expo, Inc. provide for show management and event coordinators?
For show management, we can help you answer questions as you create your needs list.  Do we need a large space?  How many booths of this size can fit in this facility room?  Can we have you move in on the weekend for our Monday exhibitor move-in? We can provide scale layout drawings to get started, expertise derived from years of experience, entrance units, graphics, and vendor/exhibitor details can be handled (additional booth equipment, in and outbound shipping, booth labor and assembly, among other things.) Can we get a scale layout of the show floor??

What trade show services does Best Expo, Inc. offer for vendors/ exhibitors?
For event vendors and exhibitors, we can help you design your booth and accentuate your space to stand out or complete your look/theme.  We can help with things like this: Can you get me red carpet, or another color? YES!
We need another table, but counter height, with a contrasting color skirt, can I order that from you?
YES!
My booth staff doesn't know how to set up the booth I am sending, do you offer labor to set up and tear down? Can I just ship it to your warehouse and have you take it to our booth at move-in?
Yes!
We would like a pedestal/cocktail table and tall chairs, do you have them? Do you have easels? Do you have a generic booth display that I can rent? I have graphics, just no display. We need more chairs in our booth, can we rent a few more?

Do you really have office dogs?
YES!  (an office cat, too, but she is shy)
Can you help me with questions about a facility?
Yes!  If we have already worked there, we can answer many questions and offer suggestions, before you sign the contract with them.  If you are considering one new to us and would like us to help there, we can contact them to see what they tell us.  Even if a facility has an in-house decorator, many of our clients take us wherever they go.  We often have better pricing and more choices, plus, already knowing how we work with you can be so nice.  You already know us, know what to expect, and your vendor/exhibitors will know, too!
What wedding and special event services do you provide? From background drape to partition drape to tables, chairs, ceiling draping, table and chair covers, dance floors, carpet, and lighting, Best Expo, Inc. provides many things for you. We work with many other service providers to create a smooth set up and tear down. Just ask us your questions, we want to help!
We have lots of items to rent and graphic services for you, too.  WE can help with questions like this:  I have 200 people coming, how many 6ft round tables do I need to fit into the room?   Can you partition part of the room off to give the caterer an area of their own? YES!
We will be in the Artisan at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. Can you do a ceiling drape and do the sides? Can you do a stage for our wedding party? (stages for bands and speakers, too)

Can you do lighted tables, I saw a picture on your website! Do you have a light curtain for the wedding party stage?

Can you do a black and white dance floor in a checkerboard pattern?
Yes!
We have an open space. Can you divide it so that we can do the ceremony on one side and the reception on the other?

What are 'return to work" services?
Helping you be safer, where ever you are, is something we can do,too.  Since the inception of the pandemic, it has become necessary to find ways to satisfy the new government regulations about social distancing, gathering space, and safety.  Best Expo, Inc can provide clear partitions as dividers, or drape partitions for schools, offices, any place that needs to be divided, even as trade show booths with all tall drape, as rental services.  We can facilitate branded clear tents for outdoor dining or events.
What do you mean by "sanitization/disinfection"?
We also offer the same sanitation/disinfection that we use on our equipment, as a service, for your event where possible, and as an a la carte service.  Contact us for a quote and to schedule.  We use electrostatically charged spray that dries fast, does not damage, is environmentally friendly and safe, to sanitize and disinfect your space.
Where have you worked?
For Trade Shows, anywhere we can fit in booths for our client needs.  Large convention center with full carpet to hotel conference rooms.  Expo Setups have also been in university/college facilities and gyms,  additional equipment in multiple buildings for a larger event, (many of the buildings for the Illinois State Fair, marathons, fundraisers, large and small gatherings), equipment in tents for special events.  Weddings in large indoor area to outdoor spaces to rustic barns.
Geographically, from Little Rock, Arkansas, to Detroit Michigan, to Knoxville, Tennessee, to Montgomery Alabama, to San Antonio, Texas and many, many places in between.
